Fortinet, Inc. (FTNT), a global leader in cybersecurity solutions, has been named a Leader in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Wired and Wireless LAN Infrastructure for the second year running. This accolade underscores the company's robust Secure LAN Edge portfolio, which includes the FortiSwitch and FortiAP solutions that are fully integrated with the Fortinet Security Fabric and powered by FortiOS.

Unlike traditional networking solutions that introduce security features at a later stage, Fortinet's approach integrates AI-powered security from the ground up. This convergence of networking and security simplifies operations, enhances performance, and extends protection from IT to OT environments. Nirav Shah, Senior Vice President, Products and Solutions at Fortinet, emphasized that this built-in security foundation sets Fortinet apart in the market.

In addition to its recognition in the Magic Quadrant, Fortinet was named a Customers' Choice in the 2024 Gartner Peer Insights Voice of the Customer for Enterprise Wired and Wireless LAN Infrastructure. This marks the seventh consecutive year the company has received this distinction, indicating strong customer satisfaction with its solutions. Customers appreciate Fortinet's pervasive LAN edge security, simplified management, and intuitive licensing model, which collectively reduce costs and complexity while addressing staffing shortages and the cybersecurity skills gap.

Fortinet continues to expand its market presence by leveraging the convergence of networking and security through a unified platform approach, potentially widening its total addressable market in the process.
