Hyperscale Data, Inc. (GPUS, Financial) has announced its plans to launch a decentralized cryptocurrency exchange (DEX) through its subsidiary, Ault Markets. The exchange will be headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, and is expected to start operations in early 2026. This initiative represents a strategic move to establish the U.S. as a leader in the digital asset space, as it aims to provide a secure, transparent platform for cryptocurrency transactions.

The planned DEX will enable non-custodial peer-to-peer trading, supporting all major tokens and blockchain networks. The platform is designed to operate in up to 175 countries, excluding OFAC-sanctioned jurisdictions, thus marking a significant expansion in global financial accessibility. It will integrate high-speed transactions using Layer-2 scaling and include decentralized identity and wallet integration to ensure user sovereignty and enhanced security.

Ault Markets' DEX will be part of the larger Ault Blockchain ecosystem, offering additional services such as lending, custody, and token issuance platforms. This integration highlights the company's commitment to providing a comprehensive digital asset strategy that aligns with the current U.S. administration's call for cryptocurrency innovation leadership.

Milton "Todd" Ault III, Founder and Executive Chairman of Hyperscale Data, emphasized the goal of setting global standards for cryptocurrency access and innovation in the financial system. By launching this DEX, the company aims to challenge traditional financial institutions and existing international cryptocurrency exchanges.
