- Snowline Gold (SNWGF, Financial) discovers new gold system "Celestic" near Valley deposit with high-grade samples up to 11.7 g/t Au.
- 2025 field program ahead of schedule, with over 11,000 meters drilled across three targets.
- The development of the Valley deposit advances towards a Prefeasibility Study with expanded activities.
Snowline Gold Corp. (OTCQB: SNWGF) has announced a significant discovery of a new reduced-intrusion related gold system (RIRGS) named "Celestic," located 27 km southwest of its Valley gold deposit in Yukon. The Celestic target, part of the Cynthia Project, showcases gold-bearing quartz veins with selective grab samples yielding up to 11.7 g/t Au and a continuous 4.0-meter chip sample returning 1.09 g/t Au.
Snowline's 2025 field program is progressing ahead of schedule, with more than 11,000 meters of drilling completed across three targets: 8,000 meters at Valley, 2,500 meters at Jupiter, and 500 meters at Neptune. The expanded program supports Valley's progression towards a Prefeasibility Study with activities including geotechnical drilling, metallurgical testing, hydrometric monitoring, and environmental studies.
The Celestic target's location, approximately 5 km from the Plata winter trail, offers strategic access to infrastructure. The discovery is characterized by multiple zones of densely sheeted quartz veins within a 4.5 x 3 km granodiorite intrusion, with initial sampling results indicating the potential for substantial gold resources.
Snowline Gold's ongoing exploration efforts at the Valley deposit, combined with systematic regional drilling of new targets like Celestic, underline the company's commitment to advancing its mineral claim portfolio within the highly prospective Selwyn Basin.
