The acquisition was completed on June 30, 2025, and includes more than 20 software copyrights and three core patents. These patents center around advanced product authentication, high-efficiency file transfer systems, and blockchain-powered KYC solutions, bolstering FiEE's technological infrastructure.

This strategic acquisition is expected to significantly enhance FiEE's service offerings, opening new revenue streams across both enterprise (B2B) and consumer (B2C) markets.
