Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (BR) has announced its strategic acquisition of Acolin, a Zurich-based leader in cross-border fund distribution and regulatory services. This move is set to bolster Broadridge's global fund distribution network, particularly enhancing its capabilities across Europe.

Acolin currently provides services to over 350 clients, facilitating access to more than 3,000 distributors in over 30 countries. This acquisition will integrate Acolin's strong distribution network with Broadridge's existing fund reporting and analytics capabilities, creating a comprehensive end-to-end solution for fund distribution strategy.

The transaction, which is anticipated to close in the first half of Broadridge's 2026 fiscal year, is subject to customary regulatory approvals. Broadridge has emphasized that while this strategic acquisition significantly augments its European reach and operational efficiencies, it is not expected to materially impact its financial results.

Broadridge's European fund business already serves nearly 500 asset managers and tracks $110 trillion in assets under management, offering a robust platform for enhanced fund distribution and regulatory services.
