Billionaire investor Mark Cuban has forecasted that artificial intelligence (AI) could potentially make someone the world's first trillionaire. On a recent podcast, Cuban suggested that an innovator who leverages AI in an unprecedented way could achieve this monumental wealth. Currently, Elon Musk, the founder of Tesla, is the world's richest person with a net worth of approximately $405.2 billion.

Cuban emphasized that the most groundbreaking applications of AI are yet to be seen. He likened the current stage of AI to the early days of personal computers and the internet, predicting that AI will become indispensable in the future. While some people use AI for routine tasks like scheduling, others view it as a virtual companion or emotional support tool. However, Cuban believes these uses only scratch the surface of AI's potential.

Echoing Cuban's optimism, Tony Kim from BlackRock highlighted the rapid advancement of AI capabilities, predicting more applications and efficiencies yet to be discovered. He noted that AI is still in its infancy, with significant growth and cost reductions expected over time.
