  • Discovery of new gold areas with high-grade samples up to 10.8 g/t Au.
  • Multiple massive sulphide occurrences identified with promising precious metal content.
  • Strategic expansion of land position through a new purchase agreement.

Benton Resources Inc. (TSXV: BEX) has announced significant new discoveries at its Dominion Project in Canada. The exploration revealed gold-bearing areas with grab samples returning values of up to 10.8 g/t Au, as well as multiple massive sulphide occurrences containing gold values up to 0.63 g/t Au. These findings add to the previously recorded impressive base metal concentrations at the Rickirb gold zone and Trinity Base Metal Zone, which showed results including 14.6% zinc, 1.31% lead, 2.53% copper, and 68.7 g/t silver.

In addition to these discoveries, Benton has expanded its land holdings through a new purchase agreement, which involves a payment of $10,000 in cash and 240,000 common shares. This acquisition is subject to a 2% net smelter royalty (NSR), with the company retaining the option to buy back 1% of the NSR for $1 million. Benton is also undertaking a large soil sampling program at the Great Burnt Project, targeting the collection of 3,000 samples over a 12 km trend in the south.

The soil sampling initiative is expected to provide further insights into the geology of the area, which is akin to Benton's existing Great Burnt Copper deposit and the South Pond Copper Gold deposit. The company continues to focus on prospecting, mapping, and additional drilling activities, with updates anticipated as new data becomes available.
