STANLEY (SWK, Financial) has released their latest "Pro's Perspective: Job Satisfaction Report," indicating a promising future for the residential contracting sector. A survey of 500 small repair and remodeling companies highlights that 89% of professionals are optimistic about job prospects in 2025. Further, 69% report an increase in project sizes from clients.

The report reveals a strong trend toward high-end design, with 93% of homeowners seeking luxury upgrades. Key areas of focus include kitchen and bathroom remodels, with projects typically valued between $10,000 and $19,000 in homes priced from $250,000 to $499,000.

Despite concerns over rising material costs (36%) and labor expenses (30%), the majority of residential pros (85%) maintain high job satisfaction. They attribute this positivity to strong client relationships and consistent project commitments.
