Pioneer AI Foundry Inc. (Cboe CA: JPEG) has provided significant updates on its digital asset management strategies, highlighting the implementation of its Kora AI treasury optimization platform and revised terms for its note offering. Currently, Pioneer holds 2,288 Solana (SOL) tokens and 1.15 Bitcoin (BTC), valued at approximately CAD 646,398, as it shifts its focus from SOL to BTC holdings.
The company has revised the terms of its non-brokered private placement offerings, increasing the interest rate from 5.0% to 7.5% for its $2.0 million note offering. Each $1,000 unit consists of a senior unsecured note and 1,000 warrants exercisable at $0.30 per share over a period of 60 months. Pioneer plans to allocate up to 20% of the offering's net proceeds to operational costs, with the majority aimed at acquiring Bitcoin managed by Kora AI.
Kora AI, a product from Pioneer’s subsidiary in Singapore, entered its private beta stage in April 2025. It provides real-time DeFi information, market alerts, and portfolio insights, enhancing Pioneer’s treasury performance through programmed risk-aware parameters. The platform's development has reached a significant milestone with core infrastructure components, such as API frameworks and trading signal AI models, now completed.
