Amy Chang and David Kirk Join Salesforce's Board of Directors

Salesforce, Inc. (CRM, Financial) has announced the appointment of Amy Chang and David Kirk as new directors, effective July 9, 2025. This strategic move aims to bolster the company's leadership team with experienced professionals who bring valuable insights and expertise.

Both Ms. Chang and Mr. Kirk were selected without any arrangements or understandings with other individuals, and neither has familial ties with existing directors or executive officers at Salesforce. Additionally, they do not hold any direct or indirect material interests in transactions that require disclosure under Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K.

In line with Salesforce's compensation program for non-employee directors, Ms. Chang and Mr. Kirk will receive standard compensation and equity awards. This program is detailed in the "Compensation of Directors" section of Salesforce's definitive Proxy Statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 24, 2025. Furthermore, Salesforce plans to enter into its standard form of indemnification agreement with both new directors.
