Information Services Group (ISG) (III, Financial), a leading technology research and advisory firm, has initiated a comprehensive research study examining service and solution providers in the power and utilities industry. This study aims to identify strategies for integrating new technologies that meet consumer demands and sustainability goals.

Set to release results in January 2026, the ISG Provider Lens® reports titled "Power & Utilities Industry — Services and Solutions" will evaluate providers in areas like process and customer management, enterprise asset management, and digital transformation. This will enable enterprises to assess vendor relationships and explore new partnerships for sustainable practices and enhanced customer engagement.

The power and utilities sector is addressing challenges such as regulatory demands and the need for consumer-centric services.
