EnviroGold Global (OTCQB: ESGLF) has announced the completion of a digital simulation for its NVRO Process™, revealing an expected USD 232 million increase in pre-tax life-of-mine cash flow. The improvements are backed by ALS Global testing and Andritz IDEAS™ simulation software and promise significant economic and environmental benefits for a customer's tailings project.

Key process optimizations include a 35% reduction in feed volume, a 67.6% reduction in concentrate output, and increased precious metal grades, with gold and silver concentrations rising by 2.86 and 4.5 times, respectively. These enhancements are forecasted to generate an additional USD 29 million annually in pre-tax income over the projected 8-year project lifespan, accounting for a Net Present Value (NPV10) of USD 140.6 million.

These advancements reduce operational costs, particularly in smelter treatment and refining charges, which are expected to save USD 13.7 million annually. Additionally, enhanced metal payability and favorable logistics are projected to result in USD 15.3 million in annual savings. EnviroGold plans to implement these enhancements with minor modifications to its demonstration plant, which will support a full demonstration campaign in Q3 2025.
