Critical One Announces Airborne Geophysical Survey to Build on Existing Antimony Inventory | MMTLF Stock News

  • Critical One Energy (OTCQB: MMTLF) initiates advanced airborne geophysical survey at Howells Lake Project, Ontario.
  • Geotech Ltd. to employ helicopter-borne VTEM and magnetic gradiometer technology for subsurface exploration.
  • The survey aims to expand antimony discoveries and identify new gold targets in Canada's largest undeveloped antimony deposit.

Critical One Energy Inc. (OTCQB: MMTLF), a leading Canadian exploration company, has announced a collaboration with Geotech Ltd. to undertake a comprehensive airborne geophysical survey at its Howells Lake Antimony-Gold Project in Ontario, Canada. This initiative marks the first such survey in over two decades and aims to build on recent antimony findings while exploring new gold targets.

Spanning a vast 13,990-hectare area, the Howells Lake Project is strategically located near Ontario's Ring of Fire corridor. Geotech Ltd., recognized globally for its expertise in airborne geophysical technologies, will utilize helicopter-borne VTEM (Versatile Time Domain Electromagnetic) and horizontal magnetic gradiometer technologies to map subsurface geological structures at depths exceeding 500 meters.

Duane Parnham, Executive Chairman and CEO of Critical One, emphasized the significance of the survey in advancing the potential of the Howells Lake Project. He stated, "By leveraging best-in-class technology, we aim to expand our antimony discoveries and pinpoint new gold targets, contributing to North America's critical minerals supply chain."

This survey is particularly timely, given the global supply constraints of antimony—a critical mineral essential for military defense, battery technologies, and flame retardants—where over 80% of the world's supply is controlled by China and Russia. By positioning itself at the forefront of antimony exploration, Critical One is poised to address significant supply chain challenges while advancing its mining initiatives in a tier-1 jurisdiction.
