Generac Holdings (GNRC) proudly announced a record year for its "Power Up With Purpose" initiative, having raised $94,000 in 2025 to support ToolBank Disaster Services. This achievement significantly surpassed the company's fundraising goal of $50,000, set for the year. The funds will go toward purchasing and equipping a mobile disaster-response tool trailer for the non-profit organization.
ToolBank Disaster Services utilizes these tool-equipped trailers, staffed by skilled personnel, to aid volunteers with cleanup and rebuilding efforts in disaster-stricken areas in the continental United States, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, providing these services at no cost to the communities.
Since the initiative's launch in 2023, Generac has raised a total of $233,078 through the sale of pit passes at their Generac Power Stage during Summerfest. The music festival, held from June 19 to July 5 in Wisconsin, hosted various artists, boosting the initiative's visibility and fundraising success.
"This year's partnership with ToolBank is particularly meaningful," said Tami Garrison, Senior Director of Social Responsibility at Generac, adding that the funds raised will enhance Generac's disaster response capabilities, helping affected communities rebuild both physically and economically.
Generac, a total energy solutions company founded in 1959, continues to expand its offerings in energy technology, empowering people to use energy on their own terms. The company's continued support of initiatives like "Power Up With Purpose" underscores its commitment to sustainability and community support.
