Classover (KIDZ, Financial) has formalized a strategic partnership with BitGo by signing a memorandum of understanding (MOU). This partnership aims to integrate BitGo's blockchain infrastructure into Classover’s existing platform. The agreement serves as a preliminary framework for developing more detailed contracts that will enable Classover to use BitGo’s regulated custody solutions. Consequently, Classover plans to enhance its management and scaling of digital asset holdings, supported by potential financing of up to $900 million. This initiative indicates the company's strategic move to increase its Solana (SOL) allocations while improving treasury governance and exploring Solana-centric financial advancements.
