Sharon AI, Inc., a company specializing in High-Performance Computing (HPC) for AI infrastructure, has revealed significant developments concerning its joint venture project, Texas Critical Data Centers LLC (TCDC). The targeted project, a 250MW AI data center in Ector County, Texas, is progressing with collaboration from its partner New Era Helium Inc.

The joint venture has signed a non-binding letter of intent with a prospective global enterprise customer. This agreement could enable the acquisition of land alongside a potential power purchase agreement for up to 250 megawatts of electricity, supporting the advanced operational needs of AI data centers.

Further extending its reach, TCDC has inked another non-binding letter of intent with Grow Odessa for the planned acquisition of an additional 203 acres, thereby expanding the project to a total of 438 acres. Grow Odessa is an organization dedicated to facilitating local business expansion and attracting new industry to the region.

The project continues to advance with due diligence on-site planning and air permit approvals, while negotiations are underway with a nearby gas transmission pipeline operator for natural gas services. Future updates are anticipated regarding the natural gas supply and the development of the behind-the-meter power plant.

Wolf Schubert, CEO of Sharon AI, commented on the ongoing progress, emphasizing the project's alignment with the growing demand for AI compute infrastructure. This development positions Sharon AI to reinforce its HPC capabilities, particularly with the forthcoming inclusion of advanced NVIDIA H200 GPUs expected in 2025.

Sharon AI's ongoing business combination with Roth CH Acquisition Co. (OTC: USCTF) continues to evolve, with shareholders encouraged to stay informed on updates and regulatory filings related to their planned merger.
