Orangekloud (ORKT, Financial) Technology has entered into a significant memorandum of understanding with Singapore-based Meyzer360 Holdings Pte. Ltd., a company specializing in equity management, compliance, and corporate governance solutions. As part of the agreement, Orangekloud will implement its proprietary AI technologies, valued at a minimum of $390,000 over the coming year.
The collaboration focuses on three strategic areas. First, Orangekloud will provide white-labeled AI solutions under Meyzer360's branding for their clients. Secondly, the two companies will jointly work on digital and business transformation projects spearheaded by Meyzer360, leveraging Orangekloud’s advanced AI capabilities. Lastly, Meyzer360 is granted the rights to internationally distribute Orangekloud’s eMOBIQ AI solutions, emphasizing expansion into overseas markets.
