Go Green Global Technologies Corp. (OTCQB: GOGR), a company focused on sustainable water and fuel technologies, has signed a non-binding Letter of Intent (LOI) to merge with Four DRobotics Corp. (FDR), a Canadian automation and robotics firm. The strategic merger aims to integrate Go Green's Sonical™ pulsed-power hardware with FDR's autonomous robotics and AI-driven control software to develop innovative solutions for industrial efficiency and climate infrastructure.

The newly merged entity plans to launch a joint research and development division, initially focusing on an autonomous AI HVAC optimization system. This project will combine FDR's intelligent automation with Go Green's Sonical™ flow-conditioning technology, aiming to enhance energy efficiency, predictive maintenance, and emissions reduction in commercial and industrial settings.

The LOI outlines a 60-day due diligence period for both companies to negotiate definitive merger agreements. During this time, they aim to explore cross-sector commercialization opportunities in markets such as mining, utilities, and perimeter security, leveraging FDR's existing infrastructure footprint for broader deployment of Go Green's technologies.

"This merger represents a significant step forward in our mission to deliver sustainable, intelligent systems," stated Corrine Couch, COO of Go Green Global Technologies. Jeremy James, President of Four DRobotics, further emphasized the collaboration's potential to create a unified cyber-physical system capable of self-optimization across various applications.

Completion of the merger is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory review and board approvals. The companies plan to finalize and execute the definitive transaction documents following the due diligence period.
