Since its 2010 baseline, the company has achieved a 30% reduction in emissions intensity, positioning itself as a climate leader in the United States.

The report reveals that Mohawk amplified its renewable energy consumption by 117%, with solar energy contributing to a 53% rise. Environmental initiatives also led to a 45% improvement in water withdrawal intensity, demonstrating the company's commitment to resource conservation.

In 2024, Mohawk repurposed nearly 1.5 billion pounds of waste wood into chipboards and upcycled almost 50 million pounds of discarded tires into decorative mats, part of its effort to recycle billions of plastic bottles into flooring products.

The company's dedication to safety initiatives resulted in a 35% decrease in workplace incidents since 2010. Additionally, 10.5% of Mohawk's 41,900 global associates have tenure of 25 years or more, reflecting its strong employee retention rates and recognition as a top employer.

This year's report featured innovative products reflecting Mohawk's sustainable leadership, including SolidTech® R flooring, PETPremier® carpets, and ceramic tile collections with over 99% recycled content.
