Laramide Resources Ltd. (OTCQX:LMRXF) has filed an amended version of its Annual Information Form (AIF) for the year ending December 31, 2024, following a review conducted by the Ontario Securities Commission. The amendment primarily removes references to the 2016 Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) associated with the Westmoreland Uranium Project located in Queensland, Australia.
While the 2016 Westmoreland Scoping Study provided sound technical data, it is no longer recognized as the Current Technical Report under the National Instrument 43-101 standards. Nevertheless, the amended AIF retains current mineral resource estimates and other project details supported by Laramide's latest NI 43-101 compliant technical report.
The company stated that these amendments are not material to its financial standing or operational outcomes. Additionally, there are no alterations to the previously disclosed mineral resource estimates for the Westmoreland Project. Investors can access the amended AIF documents on SEDAR+ and Laramide's official website.
