Gold Hunter Resources Inc. (OTCQB: HNTRF) has successfully closed the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement financing, raising $652,774. This total comprises $436,005 through the issuance of flow-through units at $0.09 per unit, and $216,769 from non-flow-through units at $0.07 per unit. Each flow-through unit includes one common share and half a share purchase warrant, while each non-flow-through unit includes one common share and one full share purchase warrant, both exercisable at $0.12.

The proceeds will enable Gold Hunter Resources to conduct a VTEM airborne geophysical survey over its extensive 26,237-hectare district-scale property. This cutting-edge survey will deliver high-resolution electromagnetic and magnetic data to help identify critical structures, alteration zones, and potential mineralization.

The company is capitalizing on advantageous timing, having recently consolidated additional mineral tenure. This expansion allows the survey to cover the property comprehensively, creating a consistent and valuable dataset. As a follow-up, Gold Hunter Resources is prepared for ground exploration activities, including geological mapping, prospecting, and sampling to prioritize targets.

With plans to complete an additional financing tranche by the end of July 2025, Gold Hunter Resources aims to initiate an initial drilling campaign. This campaign will target the highest-priority anomalies identified by the VTEM survey and supporting fieldwork. The company is fully permitted for all planned geophysical and drilling operations, ensuring a seamless transition to the next exploration phase.
