The appointment of Robert Calderoni, a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience, aims to bolster the company's strategic pursuits. Calderoni, who is currently the Chairman of KLA Corp., joins the Board effective July 16, 2025.

To further support these efforts, HPE has established a new Strategy Committee of the Board. This committee will evaluate business strategies and seek additional value creation opportunities.
