Shareholders approved the name change during a meeting held on June 27, 2025.
The company's ticker symbol and trading details on the TSX Venture Exchange will remain unchanged.

CVW CleanTech Inc. (OTCQX: CVWFF) has announced an impending name change to CVW Sustainable Royalties Inc., with the change taking effect on July 21, 2025. This decision follows shareholder approval gained during the annual general and special meeting on June 27, 2025.

The name change will not affect the company's trading symbol on the TSX Venture Exchange. The company will receive new CUSIP (23249L106) and ISIN (CA23249L1067) numbers, yet existing shareholders are not required to take any action as there will be no consolidation of share capital.

Shareholders can rest assured that their existing share certificates will remain valid, and electronically held shares will be automatically updated. The transition to the new name aims to better reflect the company’s strategic focus and core business operations.
