Graco Inc. (GGG), a leader in fluid and coatings management technology, announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Color Service s.r.l., a global manufacturer renowned for its specialized automatic precision dosing systems for powders and liquids. The acquisition is valued at €63 million, subject to customary adjustments, and is anticipated to close in Graco's fiscal third quarter upon satisfaction of closing conditions.

Color Service, based in Italy, is celebrated for its expertise in gravimetric dosing technology, which provides precise, weight-based measurements to enhance consistency and efficiency across various industries, including textiles, rubber, cosmetics, plastics, and food. The company generated €34 million in revenue in 2024 and employs approximately 140 individuals globally.
