Microsoft (MSFT, Financial) is set to announce its fiscal fourth-quarter results, ending in June. According to a report by Bank of America Securities, Microsoft is expected to post revenue of approximately $73.71 billion, a 13.9% increase year-over-year. The report highlights Azure's strength in cloud migration, security, and data analytics, predicting a 35.5% annual growth for the platform.
For fiscal 2026, the bank anticipates a 14% revenue growth for Microsoft, similar to the previous fiscal year, driven by Azure's increasing revenue share and growth exceeding 30%. It forecasts a 45.5% profit margin for 2026, with capital expenditure potentially reaching $99.1 billion or maintaining 31% of revenue.
Furthermore, Microsoft's AI chatbot, Copilot, is expected to contribute to continuous growth as the company enters the 2026 fiscal year. The bank reiterates its "buy" rating for Microsoft, raising the target price from $515 to $585.
