The platform debuts in WeRide's latest Robotaxi GXR, positioned as the world's first mass-produced L4 autonomous vehicle incorporating NVIDIA DRIVE AGX Thor.
The HPC 3.0 platform delivers an impressive processing power of up to 2,000 TOPS of AI compute, significantly enhancing the performance of autonomous vehicles. The system's architectural advancements result in a 50% reduction in autonomous driving suite costs and an 84% lower total cost of ownership compared to previous iterations. Such cost efficiencies are expected to accelerate the commercial viability of autonomous mobility services.
Fully automotive-grade certified, the HPC 3.0 platform meets stringent safety and operational standards. It complies with AEC-Q100, ISO 26262, and IATF 16949 certifications and achieves the highest ASIL-D safety level. The platform is designed for a lifespan of 10 years or 300,000 km and operates efficiently under extreme temperatures, ranging from -40°C to 85°C.
