  • Fluke Reliability's eMaint CMMS fully integrates with Watchman Services for enhanced predictive maintenance.
  • The integration utilizes AI-driven vibration analytics to anticipate equipment failures and optimize maintenance schedules.
  • This strategic move could help reduce operational downtime and lower maintenance costs significantly.

Fluke Reliability, a division of Fortive Corporation (FTV, Financial), has announced the full integration of its eMaint Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) with the AI-powered Watchman Services. This advancement follows Fluke's 2023 acquisition of Azima DLI, which set the foundation for real-time data flow between the platforms.

By combining eMaint with Watchman’s advanced AI-driven vibration analytics, maintenance teams can now receive automatic alerts and create work orders efficiently. This integration is designed to predict and prevent equipment failures by implementing proactive maintenance strategies, thereby reducing unplanned downtime and optimizing maintenance costs.

Key features of the integrated software include machine failure prediction months in advance, automated workflow management, and optimization of spare parts inventory. By eliminating manual processes, Fluke’s solution accelerates decision-making and enhances equipment effectiveness (OEE).

The integration not only improves product functionality but also strengthens Fortive's market position in the industrial software sector. It transforms two separate software subscriptions into a unified solution, potentially leading to increased recurring revenue—an attractive benefit for industrial technology investors.
