Blink Charging Co. (BLNK), a leader in electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions, is set to significantly expand its collaboration with Belgian office property company, Group Bernaerts. This partnership, which began in 2022, aims to address the increasing demand for EV charging infrastructure in Antwerp and Mechelen.

Currently, Group Bernaerts operates 88 Blink charging stations across its properties, with plans to double this number to at least 176 by the end of 2025. This expansion includes both underground and above-ground installations, targeting areas near highways and event venues to maximize charger utilization beyond standard office hours.

The collaboration has already seen a successful uptake, with every Blink charger being utilized daily and the kilowatt-hours charged at these sites tripling year-over-year. This high level of usage underscores a strong demand for structured EV solutions in multi-tenant office environments.

Blink Charging's strategic placement of stations facilitates 24/7 usage, enhancing the economic viability of each charging point and generating additional revenue streams. As EV adoption continues to grow in Europe, especially in eco-conscious markets like Belgium, Blink Charging is well-positioned to capitalize on the expanding need for commercial EV infrastructure.
