E3 Lithium Ltd., a leader in Canadian lithium, has officially filed its NI 43-101 Technical Report for the Garrington District project in Alberta. The report, dated July 18, 2025, corroborates the mineral resource estimate disclosed in their previous press release, confirming a measured and indicated mineral resource of 5.0 million tonnes of lithium carbonate equivalent (Mt LCE).

The Garrington Report reflects no material changes from earlier disclosures and is publicly accessible on E3 Lithium's website and SEDAR+. This technical validation underscores E3 Lithium's progression in lithium resource development, bolstering its position in the industry.

As part of the company's 2025 compensation plan, Rob Knowles, VP of Investor Relations, has been granted 40,000 incentive stock options. These options are exercisable at $0.81 per share for three years, with vesting periods set on the first and second anniversaries of the grant date.
