- This project is a collaboration with Quebec Innovative Materials Corp. (QIMC), INRS, and Temiscamingue First Nations.
- The program uses non-invasive exploration techniques to evaluate Nova Scotia's geological formations.
Q Precious & Battery Metals Corp. (OTC:BTKRF) has announced the commencement of a strategic initiative focused on natural clean hydrogen exploration in Nova Scotia. Partnering with Quebec Innovative Materials Corp. (QIMC), the Institut National de la Recherche Scientifique (INRS), and the Temiscamingue First Nations, the program aims to identify and evaluate natural hydrogen assets using non-invasive soil gas sampling techniques and geophysical surveys.
QIMC and INRS, known for their successful exploration model refined in Quebec's St-Bruno-de-Guigues project, will lead the exploration efforts. This initiative is expected to enhance the understanding of geological formations in Nova Scotia, potentially unlocking new clean energy resources.
The Temiscamingue First Nations will play a significant role by contributing their traditional ecological knowledge and ensuring sustainable resource management. The collaboration underlines Q Precious & Battery Metals' commitment to responsible development and strong community relations.
The collected data from this program will set the stage for phase 2 and phase 3 of the exploration efforts, further guided and developed by QIMC and INRS. The focus on non-invasive techniques aligns with environmental stewardship and local energy objectives, demonstrating a forward-thinking approach to resource exploration and community integration.
