Uncle Sharkii Poke Bar, a rapidly growing poke and boba franchise, has entered into a strategic partnership with Square to support its franchise operations and continue its expansion across the United States. The collaboration is aimed at streamlining day-to-day activities and enhancing customer experience, with Square's comprehensive platform enabling Uncle Sharkii to manage sales, inventory, customer engagement, and more from a single system.

With 23 existing locations, Uncle Sharkii leverages Square's suite of restaurant tools to create a seamless digital-first franchise model. The platform provides franchisees with tools for managing both in-store and online channels, boosting operational connectivity and conversion capabilities. Uncle Sharkii is also utilizing Square Loyalty to foster personalized customer rewards, thus encouraging repeat business.
