Udemy (UDMY), a leading AI-powered skills acceleration platform, has named Sarah Healy as its new Chief Skills and Learning Officer. This strategic appointment is aimed at reinforcing the company’s mission to transition towards a skills-based economy amidst rapid AI-driven technological advancements.

In her new role, Healy will spearhead Udemy's global strategy to build and enhance critical skills across its organization while nurturing talent. Her responsibilities will include implementing comprehensive talent development programs and leveraging data-driven insights to maximize the reach and effectiveness of Udemy’s upskilling initiatives.
