Muhlenkamp thinks it is a confusing time to be an investor given all of the macro issues going on. Oil prices, fed easing and geopolitics are all front and center.
He is a value investor, though, and he is finding it more difficult to find bargains.
He expects the market to go up by high single digits next year but that the increase will be very lumpy.
