David Winters (Trades, Portfolio) of the Wintergreen Fund (Trades, Portfolio) has received a huge amount of publicity for his attack on the new compensation plan at Coca-Cola (KO, Financial).
Barry Diller thinks Winters is using terrible math in his numbers.
Diller concedes that the compensation plan was not very well explained, but that the level of dilution involved in the plan is completely acceptable.
