Whitney Tilson (Trades, Portfolio) discovered that Lumber Liquidators may be literally poisoning their customers.
Tilson says that there is not conflict of interest between the fact that he is short the stock and has been very publicly involved in telling the story of the activities he has uncovered.
On the contrary, says Tilson, this is a confluence of interest.
