Index Fund Guru Jack Bogle Tells Investors to Ignore Activist Investors

When Jack Bogle pioneered index fund investing forty years ago he had a hard time convincing investors that a low-cost alternative that matched the market was better than active management.

According to Bogle it took 20 years before the concept was widely accepted.
