Guru Jeff Ubben (Trades, Portfolio) is the co-founder of ValueAct Holdings, L.P. He has been the chief executive officer of ValueAct Holdings since it was formed in June 2000. Currently ValueAct Capital manages over $19 billion on behalf of some of the world’s most respected institutional and individual investors.

In the third quarter, Ubben purchased 2,745,000 shares of Twenty-First Century Fox Inc. (FOX) and 200,000 shares of American Express Co. (AXP).

Twenty-First Century Fox is a multinational mass media corporation located in New York.
