Professor Jeremy Siegel told CNBC that earnings will grow by 10% in 2016, and the bull market will continue. Over the last few years Siegel has become known as the bull of bulls on this market. He said Dow Jones would hit 20,000 before the year was over. The Dow didn't reach 20,000 by the end of 2015; instead it was down nearly 179 points at 17,425.03 Thursday. Siegel told CNBC he believes the Fed won't raise interest rates four times this year.
