T Boone Pickens has been calling for an oil rebound for a long time.
So far he has been wrong.
He attributes that to underestimating how resilient production has been.
Today he thinks that oil has bottomed, and he has no doubt that prices are on the rebound. Pickens believes that historically oil prices double within a year after hitting bottom.
