Tweedy Browne partners are finding scarce bargains. Cash reserves are building up in their funds. Their Korean stocks had a terrific quarter, averaging returns of almost 10%. Germany, Switzerland and Great Britain stocks provided the great contribution to their International Fund’s return. They also observed the change that large cap holdings seem to have taken the edge over small and mid cap stocks.
