Cooperman Talks About Insider Trading Charges Against His Firm

Investor says 'information is not a crime'

Leon Cooperman (Trades, Portfolio)'s firm Omega Advisors faces SEC charges of insider trading, which he refuted Tuesday on CNBC. Cooperman explained how firms deal with access to information and why he thinks he did nothing wrong.

CEO Buys, CFO Buys: Stocks that are bought by their CEO/CFOs.
Insider Cluster Buys: Stocks that multiple company officers and directors have bought.
Double Buys: Companies that both Gurus and Insiders are buying
Triple Buys: Companies that both Gurus and Insiders are buying, and Company is buying back.
