Wallace Weitz Is In Control of Intelligent Systems Corporation (INS)

On July 22, Weitz added 157% to his original position in INS at the price of $0.8 per share. After the purchase, Weitz owns 2,263,998 shares, or 50.54% of all the shares outstanding.
