Overview:

Ray Dalio (Trades, Portfolio), founder of the largest hedge fund in the world, Bridgewater Associates, sat down with Bloomberg TV to discuss China and its markets.

During the interview, he discussed how much China has changed from 40 years ago. He talked about how China's stock market was founded by seven people in the run-down hotel with huts all around it. He also discussed debt levels in China and how they're manageable. He went on to talk about Europe and how the European Central Bank got the region through the financial crisis. Europe is growing again and businesses are seeing earnings growth once, he said. He's not worried about inflation in Europe and in the U.S.
