U.S. markets are set to open higher on Monday, ahead of informal talkings between China and the U.S. to avoid a trade war, as economist and Nobel Prize Robert Shiller said that it could cause “chaos” with severe negative effects.

Shares of BOS Better Online Solutions Ltd. (BOSC) jumped on the heels of the company reporting its financial results for the fourth quarter. The company posted adjusted earnings per share of 10 cents on revenue of $7.93 million, an increase of 17.0% from the prior-year quarter.

Further, the net profit for year 2017 grew by 115% to $773,000. Net income per share for year 2017 grew by 71% to 24 cents per share.

Yuval Viner, BOS's co-CEO, said, "Year 2017 reflects results of our efforts to grow our business by expanding our product offering, increasing our efficiency and our sales margins. Our expectations for 2018 are to continue to grow and increase our revenues and profits as compared to 2017."
