CSRA, Inc. (NYSE:CSRA) is a provider of information technology solutions and services to the Defense and Intelligence, and Civil agencies of the US Government. The company was the government services arm of Computer Sciences and was spun off in November 2015. As a pure play government IT contractor, the company eventually caught the attention of General Dynamics which acquired CSRA at a thirty-two percent (32%) premium.
