Edmund Phelps: US Economy "Upturn Is Coming Pretty Quick"

Edmund Phelps, professor of economics at Columbia University and winner of the 2006 Nobel Prize in economics, talks with Bloomberg's about the outlook for the U.S. economy. Phelps says an economic "upturn is coming pretty quick" but that the recovery will "run out of gas" with unemployment at 6 percent to 7.5 percent.
