Investment Guru David Winters, CEO of Wintergreen Advisers, shared his ideas on where the investment opportunities are recently, in and outside the United States and what the best strategy is for investors who want to put their money in 2010.
“You want a business with good or improving economics, you want a management that is working with you as a shareholder, and then an attractive price,” Winters told CNBC. “And even after the run-up, there are a lot of stocks that are cheap.”
“We have a mature economy with a lot of leverage and it’s going to take a lot of time to work its way through,” he said.

He likes the fact Berkshire Class B split, which makes the stock more accessible.
