Richard Bove, an analyst at Rochdale Securities LLC, talks about the outlook for bank earnings. Bove talks with Carol Massar on Bloomberg Television's "Street Smart."
Bove thinks the big five banks (BofA, JPMorgan, etc..) will have disappointing earnings for the quarter while the regional banks will see a good quarter.
