Today marks an important milestone since taking over as group CEO.
I remain convinced of the quality and strength of the Absa's franchise and brand.
Whilst it is still early in the journey, I am confident in the direction we are taking.
And we're already beginning to see encouraging signs in our results.
I will begin by contextualizing last year's operating environment and the key financial highlights that demonstrate our progress before handing over to Dion, our group finance director, to take you through the detailed results and our guidance for 2026.
