Antero Midstream Partners LP is engaged in providing midstream services to Antero under a long-term, fixed-fee contract. Its assets consist of gathering pipelines and compressor stations.

Antero Midstream Partners LP is a limited partnership formed by Antero Resources Corporation. It owns, operates and develops midstream energy infrastructure primarily to service Antero Resources' activity in the Appalachian Basin's Marcellus Shale and Utica Shale located in West Virginia and Ohio. The company is organized into two segments, namely Gathering and Processing, and Water Handling and Treatment. The Gathering and Processing segment includes a network of gathering pipelines, compressor stations, and processing and fractionation plants that collect and process natural gas, NGLs, and oil. The company's water handling and treatment segment include systems that deliver fresh water from sources including the Ohio River, local reservoirs as well as several regional waterways.
